How do I request the reversal of my balance in reais?

Go to “Add Fund”, in the exchange section of the Nomad app. Then click on “Withdraw”.
Fill in the amount to be withdrawn, and the account details in your ownership and confirm the withdrawal.
Within 1 workday the amount is available in the chosen account!

Pay attention to the accepted financial institutions, you can check in your app the list of accepted institutions. Just go to "Add Fund" > "Withdraw".
