I asked for a reversal of my balance in reais and noticed that I had entered incorrect data! What do I do?

Don't worry! If we are not successful in returning the balance, the amount will be made available again in your balance in reais.

You will receive an email informing you that the transfer was not completed and you will also see the balance on the app's home screen. This way, you can make a new transfer to your Brazilian checking account, providing the correct information.
