The market hours are based on the U.S. stock market calendar:
- Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time - EST).
The conversion to Brasília time depends on the time of year, due to U.S. daylight saving time.
This period starts on the second Sunday in March, when clocks in the U.S. are moved forward by one hour, and ends on the first Sunday in November, when they are moved back by one hour.
- Monday to Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Brasília Time - BRT during U.S. daylight saving time).
- Monday to Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Brasília Time - BRT during U.S. standard time).
