Why was the transfer I should have received reversed?

Our partner bank in the U.S. carries out complete validation of your data, and if there are divergences, the operation is automatically reversed to the originating account.

For a transfer to be received successfully, it is necessary to provide the beneficiary's full name, as shown in the app under Profile > Banking Details.

Among the main reasons for not receiving transfers are inconsistencies in the bank details that were provided to carry out the operation, such as:

  • Incomplete or divergent name of beneficiary
  • Incorrect routing number for the type of operation
  • Incorrect bank details

For a transfer to be received successfully, it is necessary to pay attention to the following guidelines:

  • Enter the beneficiary's full name, as shown in the app
  • Enter the routing number according to the type of transfer to be carried out. To send Wire transfers, the transfer sender must use the WIRE Routing Number. To send ACH transfers, you must use the ACH Routing Number
  • Always check your bank details in the app under Profile > Banking Details. Then select where you will receive the amount from (from another American bank or from a bank in another country)

If your transfer was reversed due to any inconsistency in the data provided, we suggest that you contact the issuing institution for more information and questions about the refund deadline.
