If you have made a conversion to your Nomad International Account, but the amount has not been credited within the timeframe, check the status of the transaction under Profile > Conversion history. Make sure the conversion was requested for the correct account, as the timeframes between Checking account, Stocks, ETFs, and REITs account, and Bonds account are different.
Generally, the US dollar conversions to the Nomad International Account are completed within a few seconds of requesting the conversion. Some transactions may take up to 2 hours to complete after requesting the conversion, depending on the amount and other internal analysis.
The timeframe for completing a currency conversion to add US dollars to the Stocks, ETFs, and REITs account is up to 6 hours after requesting the conversion. In the Bonds Account, the timeframe is up to 1 (one) business day.
