I made a currency exchange but did not receive the US dollars in my Nomad international account within the expected timeframe. What should I do?

Currency exchange transactions for the Nomad International Account are generally
completed within a few seconds after requesting conversion. Some transactions may take up
to 2 hours after requesting the conversion, depending on the value and other internal
analyses.

The timeframe for completing an exchange transaction to add US dollars to the Nomad
Investment Account is up to 6 hours after requesting conversion.

If you have already waited until the end of the timeframe and the amount has not yet arrived in your Nomad account, it is important to check some information:

  1. Go to Profile > Exchange history to check the transaction status and ensure you
    requested the conversion from the correct account as the timeframe for completing a
    currency exchange transaction to add US Dollars to the Nomad International Account
    is different from the Nomad Investment Account.
  2. Check your email and see if we have contacted you. If our team identifies any
    problem with the transaction, we will contact you by email with information.
