I made a currency exchange but did not receive the dollars in my Nomad account within the expected timeframe. What do I do?

The timeframe for completing a currency exchange transaction to add dollars to your Nomad account is up to 6 hours after requesting the conversion, both for checking account and investments.

If you have already waited until the end of the timeframe and the amount has not yet arrived in your Nomad account, it is important to check some information:

  1. Go to Profile > Exchange history to check the transaction status and check which account you requested the conversion for (checking account or investments).
  2. Check your email and see if we have contacted you. If our team identifies any problem with the transaction, we will contact you by email with information.
