I can't access my account. What do I do?

First of all, we need to identify why you are unable to access your account through the app.

I can't remember my password to access the app

If you need help with this process, it is important to identify which step you cannot continue with.

I am not receiving the reset email

If this is the case, check to see if the email is not in your spam folder or if the @nomadglobal.com domain is not blocked.

It is also important to check if there is a new version of the app in your phone's app store. If you have doubts about updating the app, you can also uninstall and reinstall it.

Check if your phone has the option to Clear the cache in the settings. This feature is usually found in the Apps > Storage. If it does, try clearing the cache before trying to reset your password again.

If you still do not receive the password reset email, contact our customer service team by clicking on Help.

I no longer have access to the email I provided when I registered

If you are unable to access the email you registered with to receive the reset code, you will need to contact our customer service team so that we can change your registration data.

The app does not open or does not work

You must keep your app updated to ensure you can take advantage of all the improvements we made at Nomad and avoid errors. Therefore, the first step is to check whether you're using the latest version of the app available in your app store.

If you're outside of Brazil, it's also important to check whether your location is on the list of countries where the Nomad app doesn't work, due to international regulations. To see the list, click here.

I have requested to cancel my account and now I want to use it again

In this case, you will need to reopen your account to access the app again. You can request to reopen your account via the app. To do this, make sure your app is up to date.
