For deliveries in Brazil
If you requested that your international debit card be delivered to a Brazilian address, please check the delivery status in the app.
If the card is still in transit and the delivery timeframe has expired, you can contact our customer service team so that we can check the delivery status with the carrier.
If the card is shown as delivered and you have not received it, please check to see if someone in your household or at your condominium's concierge, if there is one, may have received it. Please, contact our customer service team if the card cannot be located. A new card will be sent to the address provided at no additional cost if necessary.
For deliveries in the USA
In the US, we still do not have a tracking service for card delivery. Please, contact us if you requested that your international debit card be delivered to a US address and have not received it within 20 calendar days. We will send you a new card at no additional cost if necessary.
