I am using my Nomad Chip and my internet is not working. What should I do?

If you are experiencing difficulties accessing the internet while using your Nomad Chip, some solutions may help restore the connection. First, try changing the network on your mobile device.

For iOS devices:

  1. Go to Settings > Cellular.
  2. Choose your Nomad Chip.
  3. Tap on Network Selection.

For Android devices:

  1. Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operator.
  2. Disable the Automatically select option.
  3. Choose an available network.

It is important to note that not all available networks are compatible with eSIMs.

If changing the network does not solve the problem, try activating airplane mode. Wait about 10 seconds and deactivate it again. This procedure can refresh the network connection and restore the functionality of your mobile data.
