Yes, you can request advance payments on US dollars purchased, at any time.
To do this, go to the app under Account and tap the Nomad Dollar balance. Then tap the purchase you would like to advance. You can see the operation’s details and choose the Advance Nomad Dollar option. Review your request and tap Confirm Advance.
Please remember that when requesting an advance payment, the original exchange rate at the time of purchase will be valid, and the bonus initially applied to the Nomad Dollar will be returned.
Therefore, when requesting the early settlement of the Nomad Dollar before the timeframe initially agreed in the app, you are authorizing Ouribank and Nomad to contract a new exchange transaction, on your behalf and order, to return the bonus and/or prize that was initially granted to you. This procedure is necessary to adjust the amount in foreign currency received by you in your Nomad account to the amount you would have received at the time of contracting the Nomad Dollar, if you had chosen to contract a spot transaction, for immediate settlement.
