To provide more security for your online transactions, the Nomad Explorer credit card uses the 3D Secure (3DS) system, which aims to protect your information and reduce the risk of fraud.
For some online transactions made with the Nomad Explorer, 3DS may require additional validation, which will take you to the authentication step. A 6-digit code will be sent to your registered email address with Nomad, and you’ll need to enter this code in the designated field during the purchase process. Once the code is entered, your purchase will be completed securely.
Important! The code will be sent from the sender noreply@pomelo.la. If you haven’t received the code in your inbox, we recommend adding the Pomelo domain (pomelo.la) to your safe sender list and checking your Spam folder.
