To change the due date of your statement, follow these steps:
- Access your app in Cards > Credit
- Select a card (plastic or virtual)
- Tap Change due date > select the desired due date > Confirm change
Important information:
- It is not possible to change the due date if there is an overdue bill. In this case, it is necessary to regularize the payment to select a new date.
- After changing the due date, you will only be able to change it again after 90 days.
- The change is valid for both the plastic and virtual cards.
