If you are having trouble changing your password even after following the instructions to change in the app, please use the instructions below.
- If you do not receive the email with the password reset code, please follow these steps:
- Check your spam folder and verify if the @nomadglobal.com domain is blocked.
- Update the application in your mobile phone's app store or reinstall it.
- Clear the application's cache in your mobile phone's settings (Applications > Storage > Clear cache).
- Do the procedure again to change the password in the app by tapping on Forgot my password.
- If you can't access the registration email, please contact our support team to update your data.
