If you transferred an amount via PIX and the amount has not appeared in the Balance in reais of your app, it is important to verify some information:
- The account of origin must be of the same ownership:
- The transfer in reais must be made from an account under your ownership. In other words, it cannot be made by third parties, from a joint account, or from a corporate account.
- If any of these conditions have not been met, verify if the amount was refunded to the account of origin.
- The bank details must be entered correctly:
- If any data was incorrect when making the transfer, the transfer will be refunded.
If the transfer was made meeting the criteria above and the amount has not been returned to the account of origin, please contact our support team.
