If you do not agree with the new Terms and Conditions and do not agree to proceed with the migration of your Nomad Investment Account, you can choose between:
- Sell your assets and transfer the amounts to your Nomad International Account, through the Nomad app;
- Request the migration of your assets to another US broker of your choice. To do this, contact your new broker requesting the arrangements for the migration of your portfolio;
- Do nothing. Your lack of action will be considered a refusal of the new Terms and Conditions.
If you do not accept the new Terms and Conditions, you will receive a Termination Notice sent by Nomad. After 30 (thirty) days from receiving our Termination Notice, your Nomad Investment Account may be closed.
If there are still assets and/or amounts in your Investment Account at the time of closing, these assets may be sold at market and the proceeds from this sale, as well as any other available funds in the account, will be transferred to your Nomad International Account.
