If you do not accept the new Terms and Conditions, you will receive a Termination Notice sent by Nomad. After 30 (thirty) days from receipt of the Notice of Termination, the assets in your Nomad Investment Account will be sold at market, and the proceeds from this sale, as well as any other available funds in the account, will be transferred to your Nomad International Account. Then your Nomad Investment Account will be closed.
What happens if I don't agree to the new Terms and Conditions?
