Which institutions regulate Nomad's activities?

Global account:

It is open in partnership with a US bank, Community Federal Savings Bank, a member of the FDIC (US Federal Agency), which ensures amounts of up to US$ 250,000 in US bank accounts.

It is open in partnership with the investment brokerage, Drivewealth, regulated by FINRA (American Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).

We are also licensed by the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission), a US agency that licenses companies to provide investment advice.

Exchange operations:

Nomad acts as a banking correspondent for Banco Ourinvest to carry out exchange operations in the application.

The Central Bank of Brazil regulates this activity through National Monetary Council Resolution n° 4.935/2021.
