The delivery cost of the 2nd copy varies according to the country in which you wish to receive the card:
- Brazilian address: US$ 20.00
- American address: US$ 6.00
The amount will be debited from your account at the time of requesting the 2nd copy.
Delivery for business days for Brazilians and up to 20 days for Brazilians is up to 40 days for Brazilians.
If there are some transactions that you do not recognize, please report the problem on the transaction through the app, for the response time can investigate it.
For that, just click on the transaction and select the option “Report a Problem”. Then, you should respond to some questions about the transaction and the contest process will be started with the partner bank.
