If you try to use your debit card and the transaction is not carried out, the following situations may occur:
- Even though it is a debit card, some places outside the US transact the Nomad card in the credit function. Therefore, check if it is possible to make a new attempt to use it by selecting the credit function on the card machine where you are making the payment;
- Our virtual and physical cards in your account have different numbers and passwords. Make sure that, when entering the password, you consider the corresponding card's password.
