If you try to use your debit card and the transaction is not carried out, the following situations may be occurring:
- Even though it is a debit card, there are some places that transact the Nomad card in the credit function. Therefore, check if it is possible to make a new attempt to use it considering the credit function on the card machine where you are making the payment;
- We have available in your account the virtual card and the physical card, which have different numbers and passwords. Make sure that, when entering the password, you are considering the password of the corresponding card.
