When you indicate your Nomad account to receive a transfer, the institution of origin of the amount will be responsible for processing the transaction. For this reason, Nomad does not have access to that transaction's status, tracking, or further details.
The amount is automatically available in your balance as soon as it enters our system. Therefore, if you have yet to receive a transfer, we recommend contacting the issuing bank for tracking and deadlines for the transaction.
Only the institution responsible for processing the transfer has access to this information.
