When you indicate your Nomad account to receive a transfer, the institution of origin of the amount will be responsible for processing the transaction. For this reason, Nomad does not have access to the status, tracking or further details of that transaction.
As soon as the amount enters our system, it is automatically available in your balance. Therefore, if you have not received a transfer, we recommend contacting the issuing bank for tracking and deadlines for the transaction.
Only the institution responsible for processing the transfer has access to this information.
