If you have not received a transfer in US dollars in your Nomad International Account within the expected timeframe, it is important to verify whether the bank details provided for the transaction were correct.
If there was an error in providing the bank information, the transfer you were expecting may have been reversed. The main reasons for non-receipt include:
- An incomplete beneficiary name or different from what appears in the application
- Incorrect routing number for the type of transaction (Wire or ACH)
- Bank details provided incorrectly or with errors
Verify the bank details on the transfer receipt. If necessary, contact the institution that sent the amount to obtain more information about the reversal.
