To reset your password for the Nomad app, just click on "I already have an account", enter your CPF and click "I forgot my password". You will be sent an e-mail with a 6-digit code that you must enter correctly in your app. A screen will then appear for you to create your new password, which should contain the following requirements:
- Exactly 8 digits;
- At least one symbol (! @ # $ % ^ & *);
- At least one uppercase character;
- At least one lower case character
- At least one number.
Important: If you have set the auto-complete option on your device's keyboard, it is possible that this setting will insert one more character or one more space after entering your new password and, as a result, the "Continue" screen will remain disabled. To complete the action, make sure this option on the keyboard is not set, or press to "delete" one character and continue with the password change.
