I forgot my app login password. How do I reset it?

Recovering your Nomad app password is straightforward. Follow this guide to reset your login password quickly and safely.

Password Recovery: Step by Step

1. Open the Nomad app. On the login screen, where you must enter your CPF, select the Forgot my password option.
2. A verification code will be sent to your email. Enter it in the app to proceed.
3. Enter your date of birth to validate your information.
4. Create your new password: Set a new password, meeting the following requirements:
   • Exactly 8 digits
   • At least 1 symbol (! @ # $ % ^ & *)
   • 1 uppercase letter
   • 1 lowercase letter
   • 1 number

Attention to AutoFill

If keyboard autofill is enabled, it may add extra characters to your password. If this happens, the Continue button will remain disabled. Disable autofill or remove the extra characters to proceed.
