How do I request my plastic International Debit Card?

To request your plastic Nomad International Debit Card, follow these steps:

1. Access the Nomad app and go to Cards > Debit
2. Select Physical card
3. Tap on Request your card
4. Enter the shipping address. Make sure the information is correct to avoid delivery issues.

Important!

• You need to have a balance in your Nomad International Account to request the plastic card.
• There is a $20 (twenty US dollars) delivery fee. Customers at level 2 and above in the Nomad Pass are exempt from the fee for their first card request.
• Customers who do not yet have or have not received their first physical International Debit Card also have the option of collecting the instant-issue International Debit Card at Nomad's physical locations. Click here for more information.
